ABERDEEN, Wash. - Police are investigating a shooting after officers were  dispatched to the 2300 block of W. 2nd Street for a male who had been shot in the arm while cleaning guns.  Aberdeen Police arrived on scene and found the 55 year old male resident in the garage with a gunshot wound to his right foreman.  Officers spoke to the 55 year old male and his 26 year old nephew who was also in the garage.  They stated they were in the garage cleaning their firearms.  The 26 year old nephew was beginning to disassemble his pistol when he pulled the trigger, unaware that the pistol was loaded.  The pistol discharged striking the 55 year old male in the right forearm.  The 55 year old male was transported to Grays Harbor Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  The incident is still under investigation.
