DEA Busts Door Down in Western Washington

Aberdeen, WA - A Grays Harbor woman's front door was broken down this morning by DEA and Border Patrol agents. "I'm in the shower getting ready for work, and all of the sudden I hear Border Patrol and DEA beating our door down with a battering ram. I'm in a robe and he's telling me to get outside and sit on the stairs and he's got an AK-47 pointed at us, and he said 'sit down and shut up,' and I'm like who's paying for this door, I'm freaking out."

A representative did later tell the woman that they would reimburse her for the door.
DEA spokesperson Jodie Underwood tells KBKW more information is expected to be released today or tomorrow. The ongoing federal operation includes multiple city, and county, entities serving multiple search warrants in Western Washington.
