Pregnant Aberdeen Woman Assaulted While Children Slept

Aberdeen, WA - Police are investigating the home invasion assault and robbery of a pregnant woman, while two children slept in the next room. Aberdeen Police Captain John Green tells us the 29 year old mother awoke to a loud noise around 11:30 Sunday night, at her apartment in the 700 block of East First street. Green said the attacker apparently stole some items and left on foot.
The woman was transported to Community hospital with some injuries, her assailant remains at large.
