Westport to Review Garage Sale Ordinance

WESTPORT, Wash. - City council this week will look at Westport's garage sale ordinance, City Administrator Randy Lewis explained at their first public meeting on the revisions "The biggest issue is [that] we're still having commercial sales that are calling themselves garage sales. So this provides some definitions that will resolve that."
The Westport council approved the first reading unanimously, and will vote on the final adoption of the proposed ordinance, at their regular meeting tomorrow night.
