Ericka Corban Featured at Razor Clam Festival

Ocean Shores, WA - Singer/songwriter Ericka Corban has been playing and writing music for the past decade. On Saturday, March 24th Ericka Corban will be the featured performer throughout the day at the Ocean Shores/North Beach Chamber of Commerce Sixth Annual Razor Clam Festival.

The Sixth Annual Razor Clam Festival runs from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. With 15 restaurants competing this year in the clam chowder contest. Over 60 vendors providing a wide range of goods and services. The auction of decorated clam shovels and guns is one of the highlights of the show. The “Big Purple Slide,” the Ocean Shores Pirates, Uncle Stinky’s Magic Show and pony rides are just part of the fun for kids. Galway Bay Irish Pub and the Pirate’s Cove Pub will serve up some special adult drinks. For more check out www.oceanshores.org/clamfest/

Ericka is a wife and mother of two. She’s taken her music to 10 different states, 5 different countries and recorded over 40 songs. In 2010 she had the opportunity to open for five time Grammy Winning Robert Cray Band and the country duo Steel Magnolia. In high school she took first place as a ‘songwriter’ and ‘female vocalist’ for the Northwest Fine Arts Festival. In the summer of ’08 she competed at Gospel Music Association’s “Music in the Rockies” where she finished 5th in the nation. In 2008 she recorded her first semi-professional album of all original songs. Her original song “Fourteen” has been played numerous times on Seattle’s Spirit 105.3fm.


Her music also plays on local radio 105.7 The Jet, Sunny 102.1, and Big Foot Country 93.7. Ericka travels with a small band doing acoustic concerts. She plays guitar, piano and ukulele. Her husband Mattaniah accompanies with acoustic guitar, accordion, ukulele and a Cajon.
