Power Outage and Weather Updates For Thursday

Power is restored in the Moclips area. The PUD did not locate any damage to the line serving the area and restored power to the remaining 1353 customers impacted by an outage this morning. There was no obvious cause for the outage that initially impacted about 2600 customers north and west of Hoquiam although it was likely a tree branch impacting the line.

The PUD has received a report of an outage impacting about 530 in the area of South Bank Road in the Cedarville area in East Grays Harbor County.  A service truck will be dispatched. The cause of the outage has not been determined and there is no estimated time for restoration of power yet.
