Minor In Possession Charges for Minor in Street

Hoquiam, WA - A drunken minor was found in the middle of the road in Hoquiam, wearing a reflective coat and trying to get cars to run him over. Hoquiam Police Sargent Jeff Salstrom tells us the 15 year old Ocean Shores juvenile faces minor in possession charges after drivers reported the kid was yelling at cars and trying to jump in front of them on the 5th street extension around 4 this morning.
