Westport, WA - On January 1, Westport Winery will add a bakery to their business’s offerings. Winery co-owners, Blain and Kim Roberts, previously owned Farmer’s Daughter Bakery in Airway Heights, and have long considered this component a good pairing with their tasting room and restaurant. This new enterprise will feature their homemade oat rolls, quiche, pies, cakes, bars, and cookies. Chefs Nikki Demmert and Josh Burdick will offer a varied selection on any given day. The team will offer these items for enjoyment at the winery or “to go”, and by the slice or as a whole dessert. These new selections will augment the winery’s already popular dessert list.
