Timberland Library Pitches Joint Venture to Cosi

Cosmopolis, WA - Timberland Regional Library would like to build a library in Cosmopolis, in the school. Director Michael Crowse explained to the Council last night The school libraries are probably one of the more underfunded parts of the school, so we started talking about the potential of having a joint public school library."
Aside from the roughly $600-thousand needed to renovate the school, Mayor Vickie Raines said the cost to tax payers wouldn't change. Raines said the council will discuss the matter at their January retreat.
Crowse presented a similar proposal to the County Commissioners in September for an Oakville version.
