Aberdeen, WA - After two reports last week of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning due to financial problems in Aberdeen homes, Grays Harbor PUD Commissioner Russ Skolrood expressed his concerns for the the Harbor's low income, who may be endangering lives for their budgets "That's kind of hard for me to handle, we find out people don't have power. You know that's something a lot of us take for granted."

The PUD Commissioners reviewed a budget prior to this week's board meeting that relies on bond revenues to shore up 2012, but does not increase rates.

Carbon monoxide is an odorless, invisible gas that can kill, and is generated by any fuel-burning heat or power source.
