Local Non-Profit Awarded Disaster Recovery Grant

Columbia-Pacific RC&EDD (www.colpac.org) was awarded an EDA (Economic Development Administration) Disaster Recovery Planning Grant in the amount of $250,000. These funds will be used to provide local businesses within the District’s four counties: (Grays Harbor, Pacific, Mason and Wahkiakum) with recovery training and tools so they can be better equipped for natural disasters. The training provided by this grant will minimize economic losses and improve responsiveness and effectiveness in recovering from these disasters.
