Ocean Shores Man Run Over by His Own Cycle

Hoquiam, WA - An Ocean Shores motorcyclist was run over by his own bike, and the car that rearended him yesterday afternoon. The Washington State Patrol reports as the man's 2006 Honda CBR slowed to turn onto the Moclips Highway, a 1997 Volkswagon rearended him, launching the 39 year old forward and pushing his bike on top of him around 2:45. The rider was transported to Community Hospital with undisclosed injuries, the driver of the Volkswagon, a 17 year old Humtulips girl was cited for following too close.
