Montesano Views Proposed 2012 Budget

Montesano, WA - A Draft 2012 budget was presented to Montesano City Council last night, Mayor Ron Schillinger said "it's balanced, and it is conservative, and it holds down spending with the exception that it moves ahead with our capitol projects meaning the reservoir, the public workshop and new water meters."
City Finance Director Kristy Powell said the draft line-by-line budget is posted on the city's website, the council plans workshops over the coming months to review the budget before a public hearing is held near adoption.
