Caterpillar Driven From Elma Work Site, Missing

Elma, WA - Police are investigating the theft of a large Caterpillar backhoe from the 300 block of South 2nd street in Elma earlier this week, Investigators said the machinery, that belonged to Pape and Sons Construction, was driven from the scene Monday evening sometime between 6 and 6:30. A reward of $1000 is being offered for any information leading to the recovery of the stolen machine. Anyone with information is urged to call the Elma Police Department at 360-482-3131
