Counterfeit Bills On The Rise

Aberdeen, WA - Police are warning business owners of an increase in counterfeit bills. Captain John Green tells us the pen technique did not work on two fake $100 bills discovered by Wal-Mart because counterfeiters used a "washed" $5 bill. Green said the prints are detectable to the trained eye, however fast transactions make them harder to spot.
