Labor Day Weekend Campground Thefts

Ocean Shores, WA - An 18 year old transient is in custody after Ocean City Rangers discovered stolen property at a home in Ocean Shores while investigating multiple thefts from campgrounds over the Labor Day weekend. Resident Deputy Sean Gow and Ocean Shores Officer Chris Iverson assisted in the recovery of the stolen property, a 44 year old Ocean Shores man was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Addition victims of thefts from the campground are asked to contact rangers at the Ocean City State Park at 360-289-3553
