Forks and Newport to Receive Grants to Upgrade

Olympia, WA - Forks and Newport Washington will be receiving nearly 300 thousand dollars from the US Department of Health and Human Services to upgrade to newer Electronic record keeping systems. 40 grantees nationwide will each receive funding to purchase equipment, broadband internet access, and training to adopt Health Information Technology (HIT), and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
