Hargrove speaks about 520 pontoons in Grays Harbor

OLYMPIA - The state Senate passed a measure Friday meaning Harborites are one step closer to building pontoon sections for the new State Route 520 floating bridge in Seattle. Sen. Jim Hargrove of Hoquiam told other lawmakers that it's time to get the project moving during floor debate on one of the bills necessary to build the bridge.
