Hoquiam Man Borrows, Reportedly Wrecks, Friend's Truck

Aberdeen, WA - A Hoquiam man was in custody Monday morning after allegedly crashing his friend's truck into multiple parked cars and racking up a laundry list of charges. Aberdeen Police Captain John Green tells us a 2004 Ford F150 struck three parked cars and a power pole in the 500 block of S West Boulevard just before 2 Saturday morning. Investigators met the registered owner at the scene who said he had loaned his truck to someone else at a nearby bar. Hoquiam's K-9 Eno (En-Oh) was used and tracked a 22 year old to bushes nearby. The man was eventually tazed after repeated attempts to resist arrest. His charges included four counts of hit and run, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, assault in the 3rd, and attempting to harm the police dog.
