STEMming The Tide at Stevens?

ABERDEEN, Wash. - South side parents, a meeting tonight at Stevens Elementary will discuss what STEM means to you, and your child's future clothing options.
"STEM is really looking at how we utilize technology in learning, but also how do we incorporate more science and math at the elementary level in our current curriculum."
School Superintendent Tom Opstad said all Aberdeen Elementary schools are looking at incorporating STEM, Stevens Principal Kathleen Warner said in a letter to parents that, with the changes, Stevens would like parents to consider a dress code going into the new school year.  The 6:30 meeting will be at Stevens Elementary tonight.
