Wynoochee, WA - A two and a half hour standoff with Grays Harbor County Deputies ended peacefully over the weekend. Sheriff's Deputy Dave Pimentel tells us a security guard found two men with weapons camping on private property near the Wynoochee dam Saturday. When responding officers approached, a 53 year old Yelm man surrendered quickly, while 42 year old Spanaway man in a flack jacket started yelling orders to the nearby woods to flank the officers. Pimental said Sheriff's Deputies patiently talked the armed man into dropping a rifle, and were able to take him into custody without further incident.
