Hoquiam, WA - City officials have high hopes of recycling Hoquiam's Shuttered Paper Mill sooner rather than later. City Administrator Brian Shay tells us; "It is my understanding that there are some interested parties, that have talked to the receiver, that have shown interest in the mill. The city plans to loose about $200 thousand in general fund revenues this year, and almost 500 thousand annually from the closure of Grays Harbor Paper.
