Aberdeen Fire Response Blocks Highway 101

Aberdeen, WA - A fire on Northwest Boulevard this morning blocked Highway 101 for over two hours, Battalion Chief Bill Main said the fire, that was reported before 5 this morning, could have been started by fireworks "Anything's a possibility, when they showed up we had heavy smoke showing from the roof area and the second story, but that's all we know at this point."
Some crews remain on scene this morning to monitor for flareups. No one was injured, the vacant building appears to be a total loss.
