 The Bank of the Pacific is very pleased to announce that Cindy Johnson has been selected as Senior Accounting Assistant replacing long time employee Karla Johnson who recently retired. Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge to The Bank of the Pacific having worked in accounting all of her professional career. Her first accounting position was with ITT Rayonier when she was just nineteen years old. Tammie Kellison, Controller, was impressed with Cindy's background and depth of accounting experience. She relates, "Cindy's background and experience has allowed her to step in and assume key responsibilities in our accounting department. Her depth of knowledge adds to our team to help meet the varying internal and external responsibilities."

Cindy's accounting experience includes several industries including ITT Rayonier and Westport Shipyard. She has worked in all aspects of accounting throughout her career. Mrs. Johnson received her bachelor degree in business from Northwest College, Kirkland, Washington. She completed her degree as a single mother and graduated with honors. Cindy is married and enjoys her six children and her two grandchildren. As a family they love to attend Seattle Seahawk football games. She relaxes by working on Soduko puzzles. She says, "I really like numbers and the puzzles challenge me to think differently than at work." She also enjoys watching her children play a variety of sports. About her new position Cindy recalls, "I received an e-mail from Career Builders announcing the position with the bank. When I reviewed the position description it looked like a position full of opportunities to learn about the financial industry where I had not yet worked."
