Human Remains Located In Pacific County

South Bend, Washington – On April 1st, 2011 at about 1200 pm, the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office received information regarding possible human remains that were discovered in a heavily wooded forest area by people cutting firewood. Pacific County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the scene and determined that the remains were human.

 

The remains have not been identified and the circumstances surrounding their location and the manner of death are under investigation.
