Aberdeen, WA - Downtown merchants may soon have a new resource in their loss prevention department, and what Police Chief Bob Torgerson calls "The most modern phone tree in the neighborhood."

The program will cost the city $500 per year for the first three years, after that the service normally costs twice that.
