OLYMPIA, Wash. - The House Natural Resource committee will hold an open meeting This Friday at 1:30, regarding the current status of the Washington Wolf plan, which has been been revised considerably. Committee chair, and State Representative Brian Blake tells KBKW he invited the group to the meeting to discuss their progress "I'm concerned about the number of breeding pairs that they consider necessary to call them recovered, frankly I think the plan's unnecessary."
Blake said the plan is about a year from being considered for adoption by the commission. The meeting will be held Friday in House Hearing Room B in the John L Brian Building, Blake said you can view it live online at tvw.org, or find it in their archives later.
