SEATTLE - The Coast Guard is re-opening the period for public comment on its proposed rule to establish Regulated Navigation Areas along the Oregon and Washington coasts by holding two public meetings. The first meeting will be held in Astoria, Ore., April 14, 2009, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at: The Loft at the Red Building 20 Basin Street Astoria, OR 97103 (503) 325-2223.
