Just under 100 Grays Harbor PUD Ratepayers attended a meeting Monday night to discuss the possible rate increase percipitated by Bonneville Power Administration. Grays Harbor resident Carlene asked if THIS was something that could wait; (in the attached audio) facing a proposed rate increase by the (BPA) of 9.4%, the Grays Harbor PUD outlined an annual rate increase schedule that would mean 4% beginning May 1st, 4% for 2010, 2011, and a 7% increase in 2012 providing the utility does not see an upturn in the economy.
