Hoquiam, WA - The City of Hoquiam has negotiated a change order to their biosolids removal contract with Quigg Brothers, after the location of more local storage facilities for the waste. Fire Mountain Farms in Raymond Willipa and Eatonville will now take the first 65-hundred tons of biosolids, reducing the project cost by 66 thousand dollars.
