Mr. Dizzy to Appear at Grays Harbor Raceway This Weekend

Sideline Auto Wrecking in Aberdeen will present the Northwest’s most electrifying Stuntman, Mr. Dizzy who will make his first ever appearance at Grays Harbor Raceway this Saturday night at the fast 3/8’s ASA Member clay oval located at the Fairgrounds in Elma, Washington. Mr. Dizzy and his partner The Crusher will perform two electrifying stunts, a Car Domino Jump and a Pyramid Car Jump for the first time ever at Grays Harbor Raceway..



There will also be the three top local divisions in competition, the Whitney’s Auto Group 360 Sprint Cars, Shipwreck Beads Modifieds and the Triple X Ford Focus Midgets.

Last week Snohomish driver Seth Bergman won his second feature of the year to increase his points lead in the Whitney’s Auto Group Sprint Cars with 348 points, Henry Van Dam from Enumclaw is 27 points behind at 321. Another Snohomish driver Josh DeWitt moved into third spot with 303 points, followed by Shelton’s Jay Cole with 294 and 2009 Sprint Car Champion Glenn Borden Jr. from Raymond with 291 points.



Four time Modified Champion Scott Miller from Shelton, continues to lead the Shipwreck Beads Modified division with 338 points, 14 more that Montesano’s Josh Muller the 2009 champion with 324. Two Seabeck driver’s Mr. Consistency James Wolfard and former Champion Craig Moore hold down third and fourth positions with 284 and 282 points respectively Former Hobby Stock Champion Jim Oien Jr. moved into the fifth position with 278 points.



Seth Hespe the 2009 Triple X Ford Focus Midget Champion leads the championship points with 118 after winning the feature in their opener two weeks ago. Springfield, Oregon’s Alison Journey is in second position with 107, closely followed by Everett’s Gaylon Stewart at 106. A pair of 14 year old Rookie drivers Reese Goetz and Dustin O’Brian round out the top five with 105 and 99 points.



Next weekend will see the opener for the ASCS Northwest Region Series Tour at Grays Harbor Raceway. All the top 360 Drivers in the Northwest will be on hand for two big Memorial Weekend Shows, Saturday May 29th and May 30th.



The Elma Auto Racing Hall of Fame be having their second annual Spaghetti Feed on Sunday May 30 starting at noon at the Borden-Seabert building on the fairgrounds. The 2010 Elma Auto Racing Hall Inductee’s will be announced as well as the Elma Auto Racing Hall of Fame Scholarship winners.
