Crab Races and Feed Still on In Westport - Derby Cancelled

The Crabs will race, but they won't derby in Westport this weekend - the Annual Crab Derby in Westport has been cancelled for undisclosed reasons - the races and crab feed are still on... the Flyer from the Westport Chamber of Commerce says the marina has been seeded with ocean dungeness - the calendar of events only lists the races and feed events scheduled to take place this weekend. According to the Department of Health's website, all beaches in Grays Harbor are under an extended seasonal closure to all shellfish except Razor Clams due to marine biotoxin levels - Razor clams however are seasonal and the next dig is scheduled for....THIS WEEKEND....
