With about 2000 ballots left to count tonight, Preliminary election results show Grays Harbor saying no to both I-1033 and R71, Grays Harbor County Auditor Vern Spatz said there's still votes left to count with 35% voter turnout so far, 2000 ballots in mail bins tonight, and an expected 2000 to 3000 more in the mail.
