Michael Buble schedules first concerts since son's cancer diagnosis

By Andrea Dresdale

Evaan KherajWhen Michael Buble’s son Noah was diagnosed with cancer in November of 2016, Michael and his wife put their careers on hold to care for him. Now, Michael has scheduled his first shows since he retreated from the spotlight.

Michael will perform July 7 at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland, and on July 13 in London’s Hyde Park. These are Michael’s only U.K. and Ireland shows of 2018, and tickets go on sale November 17 via Ticketmaster.

It’s not known if Michael will schedule any North American dates for 2018. He has yet to tour behind his latest album Nobody But Me, since Noah’s diagnosis was revealed not long after the album’s release.

Since putting his career on hold, Michael’s only made one official public appearance: he traveled to Ottawa in June to accept the Governor General’s National Arts Centre Award.

Noah has reportedly responded well to treatment.
