State Patrol looking for victims after ID thieves found with several names

SHELTON, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol is warning merchants in Pacific County that after taking a male and female into custody on identity theft charges, they found numerous checks, a check printer and several identifications in different names. Checks listing addresses in multiple states and multiple cities were discovered. Several checks listing addresses in Astoria Oregon, Warrenton Oregon and Seaview Washington were also recovered.
The State Patrol reports at this time it is unknown whether the subjects were successful in obtaining, cash, goods or services in these areas. Checks may have been prepared using several different names to include the last names Godwin, Thompson, Brown, Dove, Smith, Brawdy, McDonald, Olive, Thompson and Allison.
