Hoquiam Takes Ownership of Tully’s Drive Thru, Now Leasing

HOQUIAM, Wash. – The city of Hoquiam is looking for an Espresso business, interested in leasing a Tully’s-shaped building. City Finance Director Mike Folkers explained at last night’s council meeting “The lease with Wade Entezar on the drive-thru building on city property near the Farmer’s Market has been terminated. All of the improvements made to the property are now fully owned and controlled by the city of Hoquiam.”
Like the train depot, and the senior center, the city has a new building to add to its commercial real estate rental department.
Entezar defaulted on a 10-year lease for the property prompting the city to take ownership of the building earlier this year, for details on a lease, call the city at (360) 637-6021 …and don’t bother asking for the commercial real estate rental department.
