Deputy Police Chief Russ Fitz with the Ocean Shores police department tells us 31 year old Jose Moises Segovia was arrested after Ocean Shores Police investigated a report that Segovia had allegedly molested a 4 year old, female family member. Ocean Shores Police obtained an arrest warrant for Segovia on August 2nd and he was arrested at the Ocean Shores Police Department on Thursday afternoon.
Fitz tells us when Segovia answered his front door on the evening of July 31st, Griffin allegedly sprayed an unknown chemical in the man’s face and cut his throat before fleeing the scene.
