Man Threatens Judge While Being Arrested

ABERDEEN, Wash. – For the second time this week a man sits at the County Jail accused of intimidating a judge, a Class B Felony. Aberdeen Police Captain John Green tells us when officers began questioning a 28 year old Hoquiam man about several bench warrants, he became very agitated and began blaming them on Municipal Judge Paul Conroy. Green said the man was already being processed into the Aberdeen jail for the warrants when he started threatening to shoot the judge, and rip his arms off.
A Hoquiam man on Monday allegedly said something to Hoquiam Municipal Court Judge William Stewart about his court “going up in smoke.”
