WESTPORT, Wash. – City Officials in Westport are dusting off their tsunami evacuation and response plans while they get ready for their new AHAB siren. City administrator Randy Lewis tells us “we’ve been working this summer on updating our tsunami preparedness plan, with the staff, mayor, state and county, and that should be going to the council here in October.” Lewis said the new All Hazard Alert Broadcast siren will be installed at the South end of Surf street.
