Aberdeen School to Meet With Parents

ABERDEEN, Wash. – Don’t call it a dress code, but at least one Aberdeen school is looking to suggest a more specific attire when their students return to the classroom. A meeting on the 25th of this month at Stevens Elementary will discuss with parents the more professional suggestion of jeans, slacks, or skirts that are black, blue or tan, and solid-colored tops. The 6:30 meeting will also introduce the public school’s goal of becoming a STEM school, which is a national program promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
