Hoquiam Green-Lights Sewage Treatement Facility Improvements

HOQUIAM, Wash. – The City of Hoquiam has approved a bond that will pump nearly 10 million dollars into their sewage treatment facility, adopting the first reading of the ordinance that will allow the sale of the bond to the United States Department of Agriculture. City Attorney Mike Folkers said they plan to use just over half of the money, construction is hoped to be done by the end of September.
