A national contest sponsored by Coca Cola invites you to vote for your favorite state park by Aug. 31. Word about the contest came recently via e-mail from the National Park Foundation and America’s State Parks program. The park that gets the most votes will receive a cash award of $100,000 for park improvements.
The company’s "live positively" campaign has been encouraging families to get out and enjoy the healthful benefits of activity in state and national parks around the country. In a statement, Coca Cola says it’s been supporting national parks for 40 years, through donations and trail building.
