Hoquiam and Aberdeen celebrate two “Firsts” this week
The planets have aligned this month and shoppers can enjoy two firsts in a row, beginning with First Thursdays in Hoquiam tonight, then First Fridays in Aberdeen tomorrow.
Today and tomorrow participating businesses will stay open late, from 5-8 p.m. with specials, local art, and family fun.
Participating businesses in Hoquiam include:
7th Street Theatre – wine tasting with GH Wine Sellars, and artist Carrie Larson will be on hand with her letterpress
8th St Ale House – free chips and salsa
Bodacious Beauty’s – Birthday party with cake and prizes
GHUnders – Grays Harbor Unders/ LDComfort
Gray’s General Store – Erik Pederson will display his artwork and Karin Beard will present her lovely jewelry creations. Jennifer will have special treats from Cookies & Milk.
Harbor Art Guild : Some members of the ukulele band will be playing for your listening pleasure!
Polson Museum – 5:15 and 7:00 at the 7th Street Theatre for behind-the-scenes tour of the theatre with a walking tour of the urban renewal project in between.
