Plan for 15-minute delays over Chehalis River Bridge
ABERDEEN – Drivers who cross the US 101 Chehalis River Bridge should plan some extra time for their Wednesday morning commute. Washington State Department of Transportation bridge maintenance crews will close the 59-year old bridge repeatedly to repair the bridge’s drive system.
The work is scheduled between the hours of 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Wednesday Feb. 19. During the repair, traffic in both directions of US 101 will be held for fifteen-minute increments while workers make the repairs.
