HOQUIAM, WA — Grays Harbor County businesses, churches, and community organizations are partnering together to help the less fortunate during Grays Harbor’s first ever Convoy of Hope outreach to be held Saturday, Sept. 18 beginning at 10a.m. The outreach will be held, rain or shine, at Olympic Stadium in Hoquiam. No identification is required. Groceries will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
The goal of the Sept. 18 Convoy of Hope outreach is to reach out to Grays Harbor children and families by meeting some of their most basic needs. Thousands of pounds of free groceries will be distributed along with free health services, family portraits, job fair, haircuts, games and activities for children, live entertainment — and it’s all FREE.
Hundreds of volunteers from numerous local churches, businesses, and community organizations will come together for this united act of compassion to make a difference in their community.
