Central Park and Water District #2 Customers Asked to Boil Water After Brief Outage

The Grays Harbor County Water District #2, which serves all of Central Park, has experienced a system wide water outage. Administrators said Monday afternoon that the problem has been fixed and water service is being restored.

With the decrease in water pressure, the possibility of water contamination exists. The water will be tested, but the results of the tests will not be available for several days.

Until further notice, the Water District advises that water used for drinking, cooking and dish washing be boiled.
