Police have released details of the man who they say shot at a truck during a fight at the Northwest Passage last weekend.
Lieutenant Kevin S. Darst with the Aberdeen Police Department said that convicted felon Rigoberto Puga-Delarosa is wanted on Assault in the second-degree charges for his involvement. Darst said he has a lengthy criminal history of assault and weapons violations.
Police responded to the Passage on Curtis Street in South Aberdeen just after 2 am Saturday. Witnesses said Puga-Delarosa fired several shots from a handgun into a pickup after a fight, the man fled in a vehicle before officers arrived.
The 26-year-old goes by the nickname Rigo, he is described as 5’9″ weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
