Clark will discuss her experiences as a writer. She’ll talk about her learning-to-write novel, “Teeka: Apprentice Healer,” her writing and rewriting process, participating in writing groups both in-person and online, and searching for an agent.
“Once my children were grown, or nearly so, I began writing in earnest, producing a prolific profusion of poems, stories, songs, and even a few sermons,” writes Clark, though her main writing interest is fantasy books for children and young adults. Born and raised in California, Clark has been a Washingtonian nearly 40 years.
