A female suspect, who was with the male, discharged pepper spray at the residents during this same time.
The residents called 911, the suspects left and got into a Volkswagen parked nearby and fled the area.
After officers interviewed victims, they tracked down a familar Volkswagon Jetta and arrested a 55 year old Hoquiam man, and a 38 year old Aberdeen woman at another apartment complex on Emerson Avenue, across town.
Krohn said both weapons were recovered, and there may be additional suspects in the ongoing investigation.
The Volkswagen was located at the apartment building, impounded, and later processed at HPD.

The 55 year old Hoquiam man and 38 year old Aberdeen female were booked into the county jail on pending charges for Attempted Robbery in the 1st Degree.
This case remains under active investigation and there may be additional suspects charged.
