Aberdeen mayor recovering, hoping to come home today

ABERDEEN, Wash. –  Mayor Bill Simpson spent the last two nights at Grays Harbor Community Hospital, but says he’s feeling much better now. Aberdeen’s first lady Colleen Simpson tells us early symptoms caught what might have been an inflammation of Sweet’s syndrome in time. Simpson said he’s feeling fine, and should be home today.
Simpson was hospitalized for 12 days in 2011 when the rare skin condition, also known as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis caused lesions on his legs.
